BLURB: Reggie is a young man in his early twenties, living a quiet life. His blindness makes him over cautious in new situations, at least until one day on his way home when he meets a stranger, a man with a voice smooth as honey and burning hot as the most expensive whiskey, starts flirting with him.

At first, Reggie is scared. The guy seems like a stalker but he soon realizes that the stranger means him no harm. On the contrary, he is attracted to Reggie and invites him home for a hot romp in bed.

With the ball in his court now, Reggie needs to decide what to do. He could turn him down and continue living his life as it is—boring. Or, he could say yes and see where this unexpected ride takes him…

You’re too beautiful to go unnoticed by anyone”

Now this shouldn’t have worked, it was too short, it was a little bit cheesy with the “dude” and “man” references and it was lacking any real sensory reference considering Reggie is blind, but do you know what? It worked!  I really enjoyed it.

Reggie is blind but independent. Travelling home on the train, he meets a smooth talking, very tactile stranger who seems to be following Reggie home?  As it turns out, the stranger isn’t a stalker/axe murderer/psycho, but someone who lives in the same vicinity and wants Reggie!  But will no-risk taker Reggie, take a risk on “the stranger”?

This story was super quick and snappy, sexy as hell sprinkled with some light observational humour, I love my lunchtime quickies and this fitted the bill rather nicely.

Normally, purely due to length, I would rate 3* but the “Jack Summers” street slang reference (if you are unfamiliar with it, look it up – no spoilers from me) was a very clever touch by the author, not only was it quite inspirational but it also brought a smile to my face, so I’m giving an extra star for the entertainment factor.

Four Reggie and Jack lovers stars from me.
